We build and manage the core platform that determines how millions of daily incoming orders across Grab (Transport, Food, Deliveries) can be dispatched to available driver supply. Get to Know the Role

Reporting to the Senior Product Management Leader, Fulfilment, we are looking for a dynamic and data-driven product manager to manage the strategy and execution for an integrated suite of internal tools designed to scale operations via automation, advanced diagnostics and comprehensive insights into marketplace health, competitive landscape, and performance metrics for merchants and driver partners. This is a critical position with a significant impact on our marketplace ecosystem with the opportunity to drive industry-defining changes.

You will be based onsite in Petaling Jaya office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
  • Lead a problem space team to oversee and define the product strategy in building the internal tools, data visualisation, insights and data foundations to empower business operations, aligning it with the product vision and goals.
  • Oversee product concepts, roadmap, and strategies, ensuring agreement on goals and market trends.
  • Understand the needs and pain points faced by our internal users through direct user research and data analysis; translate insights into clear product requirements and specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers and operation stakeholders to create a roadmap to build and explore new features and technologies, maintaining a competitive edge and deliver delightful and impactful user experiences.
  • Coordinate with partners across the organisation to plan and implement product strategies, manage dependencies, oversee product roll-outs, and gather customer feedback.
  • Lead product meetings with diverse team members to foster understanding and lead decision-making based on market insights and competitive landscape analysis.
