Lead of Business Development – Vietnam & Malaysia
be leading the team of Bolt Choice for business development in Vietnam and Malaysia including Agency, Broking and Device Protection Business Development, taking responsibility for managing the team and renewals; developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve growth plans. You will be responsible for maintaining renewal; growing our sales revenues for insurance through continually optimizing performance and delivering around our strategic priorities.

- Delivering key business goals, including revenue targets, KPIs, sales quality, acquisition cost management, and ROI on marketing spend.
- Managing teams of Agency; Broker and DP Sales & Business Development
- Optimizing the end-to-end sales journey with technology to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Formulating and managing partnership strategies, expanding partner networks, and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Leading the full partnership development process, from prospecting to launch.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic sales and partnership success.
- Implementing sales training and providing data-driven insights to improve client/dealer/distributor performance (including brokers and agencies).
- Managing sales operations, expanding the customer base, adapting to market dynamics, and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
- Developing and execute strategic initiatives that enhance and sustain business performance, partnership value, sales growth, and operational success.
- Developing strong relationship with insurance companies in Vietnam (preferrable with digital insurance companies)

You will require the following qualifications and skills
- Proven experience (7+ years) in business development, sales, or partnerships in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, GTM strategies, and enterprise sales cycles.
- Demonstrated success in building strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese. Bahasa desirable.
- Experience preferred in working with digital customer journeys
- Strong analytical, business case and deal structuring skills
- Strong influencing skills and stakeholder management skills with internal stakeholders
- Excellent presentation, communications, and negotiation skills with senior level executives
- Proven previous experience in team management is advantageous, and ability to provide guidance to team members
- Detailed oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
- Self-motivated and ability to influence stakeholders under dynamic environment
- Conversant in Microsoft office applications (e.g., Power Point, Excel, Word, MS Project)
