Job summary

A leading digital solutions provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Lead of Digital Solutions to design and drive scalable mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate will lead technical architecture, mentor teams, and create high-performing cloud-based products using modern technologies. Candidates with at least 5 years of software development experience and knowledge in technologies such as Flutter, .NET Core, C#, and cloud platforms are encouraged to apply. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or related field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in software development in a production capacity.
• Knowledge in Flutter, .NET Core, C#, Typescript, and Angular JS.
• Experience in any cloud-based platform such as Azure, AWS, etc.
• Experience in DevOps or GitHub platform and associated workflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end solution design for mobile, web, and BI dashboard applications.

• Technical Leadership: Lead the end‑to‑end solution design for mobile, web, and BI dashboard applications, ensuring alignment with cloud architecture standards and strategic business goals.
• Product Evolution: Drive the delivery of high‑performance solutions using cutting‑edge technologies while overseeing the maintenance and optimisation of our field force management/automation platforms.

• Strategic Translation: Demonstrate expert proficiency in translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and scalable architectures.
• Lead & Empower: Lead software development and support functions, ensuring high performance, quality, and technical standards.
