Project

• One of the top brokerages for the trading of Stocks, CFD, Forex, Global Futures and Commodities.

Responsibilities

• Implement DevOps practices, frameworks, architecture, automation, integrations and processes.
• Analyse business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for improvement.
• Cloud design, strategy and planning.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration and deployment.
• Design the CI/CD pipelines for various software projects.

Must Have

• AWS (AWS Certs bonus)
• CI/CD tooling and deployment strategies.

Nice to have / Bonus

• Cloud migration (on prem > Cloud)
• Setting up a DevOps function from scratch.
• IaC / Terraform / Ansible.

Team / Culture

• HO Engineering has 10+ years fintech experience.
• Work with little supervision and contribute ideas / expertise and take ownership.
• Work closely with the existing engineers (KL & SG) and potentially build a team in the future.

Location

• Kuala Lumpur (hybrid working arrangement).

Level / Grade

• This is a senior (hands‑on) individual contributor role.
• 5+ years recent experience in any combination of Cloud Engineer / DevOps / SRE / Cloud Architect / Infra.
• Total experience (min) 10-15+ years (early career may be engineering, network, systems etc).
