About The Job
  • Develop and manage the comprehensive landscape maintenance plan for the resort.
  • Monitor the health and vitality of all flora, implementing proactive pest and disease management and recommending specialized care or replacements.
  • Provide technical support for new landscape projects, design, and implementation, utilizing expert knowledge of plants, soil science, and irrigation systems.
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor the landscaping team (including task allocation and scheduling) in executing all daily maintenance functions (e.g., mowing, pruning, fertilizing).
  • Ensure the operation, maintenance, and safe storage of all landscaping tools, vehicles, and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate operational records (schedules, planting logs, expenses) and stay current on industry trends and best practices.
  • Manage the resort's composting program and organic waste processes.
  • Collaborate with the F&B team to develop and maintain the on-site herb and vegetable garden using sustainable/organic practices.
Skills And Experience Required
  • Diploma or Certificate in Horticulture, Estate Management, Landscape Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in professional landscape management for high‑end resorts, golf courses, luxury residential estates or botanical gardens.
