Job description

Promote available land projects and follow up with prospects until the sale is successfully closed.

Manage the sales process from start to finish (booking → SPA → handover).

Conduct site viewings at project locations.

Ensure monthly sales targets are consistently achieved.

Manage leads from Meta Ads / WhatsApp / Facebook Page / TikTok.

Organize systematic follow-up until closing.

Prepare daily sales activity reports (calls, follow-up, lead progress).

Content & Marketing Support

Assist the marketing team in producing short videos, testimonials, and content related to marketing, sales, and company branding.

Being comfortable speaking on camera is a significant advantage.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Sales experience is an advantage (training provided).
