  • Prepare and cook a range of premium quality dishes, with a focus on expertly cooked steaks, according to Armoury's established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation of all dishes, including our signature Wagyu burgers and other pub favorites.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety within the kitchen, strictly adhering to all regulations.
  • Assist with inventory control, stock rotation, and ordering as required.
  • Contribute to a positive and high‑performing kitchen environment.
  • Specific Responsibilities (Based on Role):
  • For Junior Cooks: Focus on foundational cooking tasks, ingredient preparation, maintaining station cleanliness, and learning new techniques.
  • For Senior Cooks: Take on more complex cooking tasks, manage specific sections, mentor junior team members, and ensure consistency in dish quality.
  • For Chef de Parties / Sous Chefs: Oversee specific kitchen sections, lead and guide junior team members, ensure smooth operations, maintain quality control, and assist in menu development or inventory management.
