Develop and execute sales strategies for key accounts.
Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) and category growth initiatives.
Manage product listings, launches, and promotional campaigns.
Analyze sales performance, inventory, and competitor activities.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and negotiate win-win agreements.

Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum 8 years in Personal Care, Consumer Healthcare, Pharmaceutical (OTC), or FMCG.
Proven success managing pharmacy chains (e.g., Watsons, Guardian, Caring, Alpro).
Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Digital savvy; MS Office proficiency (Power BI is a plus).
Willingness to travel.
