Job description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client accounts through world class client service and education on Involve Asia platform, supporting Advertisers in achieving their business objectives.

As we’re in the business of solutions, our team is looking for highly motivated individuals with the ability to provide consultative sales in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement – Manage relationships with Advertisers by serving as the primary point of contact, addressing queries, troubleshooting issues and trusted advisors to understand and optimize affiliate marketing strategies based on client objectives.
  • Client Account Optimization - Take an active role to grow existing client accounts by actively identifying business opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Product Expertise – Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and proficiency of the Involve Asia’s products, services and features by acting as a subject matter expert during Advertisers interactions. This includes staying updated on all new releases, updates, and enhancements.
  • Reporting - Take responsibility for campaign setup checks, performance monitoring and optimization suggestions for existing Advertisers on the platform.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Collaborate with other stakeholders within the Organization to address client needs comprehensively to provide holistic solutions and support to clients. Ensure all the deals that go live on the platform meet quality standards.


Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in account management, affiliate marketing, or digital marketing industry.
  • Client centric mindset with a passion for delivering value.
  • Demonstrate flawless communication skills – verbally and written
  • Strong analytical focus with the ability to aggregate and manipulate large datasets.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Passion for teamwork and learning with the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) & Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.)
  • Proficient in Mandarin (reading, writing and speaking)
