Job summary

A leading recruitment consultancy is looking for a Key Account Manager - E-Commerce to drive sales and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree, with at least 2 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the Food & Beverages sector. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential. This role is based in Puncak Alam, Malaysia, with a Monday to Friday work schedule and occasional Saturday work during peak events.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years in key account management in the E-Commerce space preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to relocate for outstation applicants.

About the job Key Account Manager - E-Commerce (Food)

Company Background

We are representing our client who handles e-commerce operations through their full-fledged management system and fulfilment solutions. As they are expanding their business, they are looking for Key Account Manager - E-Commerce to join the team!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive GMV revenue
  • Build and maintain win-win relationships with all marketplace platforms' key personnel
  • Negotiate and secure exclusive partnerships for monthly activities and key and mega campaigns
  • Work closely with clients to ensure all activities are executed according to plan
  • Manage A&P funds with proper budget planning and ensure the best return on investment
  • Work closely within the E-commerce team (Marketing, Commercial, Customer Service, and Graphic Designers) and also other departments
  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and provide analysis and insights data to identify key issues and opportunities
  • Provide regular and accurate forecasting of stocks required to achieve the desired sales results

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any related fields
  • Min 2 years in key account management in the E-Commerce space preferably in FMCG (Food & Beverages)
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Outstation applicants who are willing to relocate are encouraged to apply
  • Working hours: Mon - Fri (9am-6pm); Saturday half-day only when required by Management during certain peak events (very occasionally)
  • Working location: Puncak Alam
