This role is responsible for developing and growing strategic client relationships by gaining a deep understanding of clients’ business needs and identifying opportunities to expand and enhance the partnership. The role focuses on driving account growth through proactive analysis of client usage, stakeholder engagement, and close collaboration with internal teams to deliver value‑driven solutions. It also ensures effective account planning, financial oversight, and coordination with post‑sales support to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and long‑term business success.
