Job summary

A leading beverage company is hiring for a full-time sales position in Perak and Kuching. The role involves promoting and selling products, forecasting sales trends, and building customer relationships. Candidates should have a minimum SPM/Diploma, at least 1 year of field sales experience in an FMCG environment, and strong communication skills. This position offers a structured working schedule from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field.
• At least 1 year field sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Comfortable with numbers and IT literate, especially in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products to outlets/customers.
• Evaluate needs of customers and recommend solutions.

2 Positions available: 1 in Perak, 1 in Kuching

Delivers sales volume achievement and market share by developing strong business partnerships with customers in stores

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell our portfolio of products to outlets/customers for stores
• Evaluate and anticipate needs of the outlets/customers, recommend win-win solutions and build productive long lasting relationships
• Forecast sales & trends and develop more effective sales plans to deliver on Sales strategies
• Actively look for opportunities and follow up on sales leads
• Work closely with Marketing to execute top-notch promotions and activation
• Constantly maintain highest standards of execution and ensure brand presence & product availability
• Gather insights and feedback on market trends to improve Sales performance

Requirements

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field
• At least 1 year field sales experience preferably in an FMCG environment
• Fluent in written & spoken English
• Highly passionate about sales; with a proven track record is best
• Has a good understanding of different sales techniques
• Strong communication, negotiation/influencing and interpersonal skills
• Driven, outgoing and is a self-starter
• Comfortable with numbers and is IT literate (Microsoft Excel, etc)
• Must possess a valid full driving license. A Goods Driver’s License (GDL) is an added advantage
• Mobile and must be prepared to be transferred
