Qashier is looking for an amazing Key Account Executive to support our growth!

We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail and payments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.

As a vital member of our commercial team, you will play a key role in fostering relationships with new and existing partners. Your responsibilities will include managing inbound channel partner inquiries, outbound potential channel partners, supporting channel partners sales efforts, and ensuring seamless communication between departments to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key responsibilities
Identifying and Recruiting Partners
  • Proactively identify potential channel partners that align with our target market and business objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategies to recruit and onboard new channel partners, ensuring alignment with our brand and values.
Partner Enablement and Training
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to channel partners to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively sell our SaaS solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop training materials, sales collateral, and resources tailored to the needs of our channel partners.
Relationship Management
  • Build strong and trusting relationships with key contacts at partner organizations, serving as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related matters.
  • Regularly engage with partners to understand their needs, address any challenges or concerns, and identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.
Sales Support and Pipeline Management
  • Work closely with channel partners to develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor partner performance and sales activities, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Market Analysis and Insights
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze partner performance data and market feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Internal Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and customer success.
  • Act as a bridge between channel partners and internal stakeholders, facilitating communication and alignment on strategic goals, initiatives, and market insights.

  • Experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and services, as well as familiarity with cloud-based technologies and solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with channel partners, driving revenue growth through indirect sales channels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
