This full-time position, based in Selangor / Kuala Lumpur site, offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in construction site supervision while contributing to the successful delivery of ongoing projects.

You will play a key role in coordinating site activities, supervising workers, and ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day construction activities on site
• Conduct site inspections to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Supervise and provide guidance to a team of construction workers
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to address queries and resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Assist with the planning and scheduling of tasks and resources

What we're looking for

• Fresh graduates or with minimum 2‑3 years' experience as a site supervisor or in a similar construction role
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, specifications, and inspection requirements
• Basic leadership skills with the ability to manage site personnel and coordinate inspection works
• Good communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills
• Familiarity with construction methods, materials, inspection processes, and equipment
• Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and quality regulations
• Able to work independently and under pressure in a site‑based environment
