A construction company is looking for an Accounts and Administration Executive in Sabah. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Finance or equivalent, combined with at least one year of relevant experience. Responsibilities include managing financial records, data entry, and client communications. Skills in SST, E-invoice, and taxation are required, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Immediate start preferred.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma In Finance/Accountancy/Business & Administration or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Computer literacy, fast learner, able to communicate and work with all people, able to work independently, good discipline and punctuality.
Good understanding of the implementation of SST, E-invoice and Taxation
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Tasks & responsibilities
Data entry, filing and any related supporting functions
Handling communications with clients via phone, email, and in-person
To maintain the financial records of the company.
To handle day-to-day accounting functions such as payment voucher, invoice, receipt and
etc.
To process invoices and generate customers’ statements.
To liaise with customers for reconciliation.
Providing administrative support to the team, including filing, recording and ad-hoc tasks.
Handle any ad-hoc task by your superior
To provide assistance and support among colleagues
