Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Sales Coordinator with order processing and follow-ups.
  • Key in new business partners into the system for Pole & Lighting customers.
  • Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation and records.
  • Submit chop-signed Delivery Order (D/O) copies to Finance for invoice issuance.
  • Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of sales and delivery information.
  • Follow up with PICs.
  • Handle filing (hardcopy and softcopy) of orders, invoices, and related documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order flow.
  • Carry out any other tasks assigned by the superior.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Office Management, Business Management, Supply Chain or related field.
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
