Job summary

A construction company located in Malaysia, Pahang is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage procurement, monitor project budgets, and ensure timely delivery of materials. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying and possess skills in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Responsibilities include sourcing quotes, issuing purchase orders, and analyzing costs for projects. Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and AutoCAD.
• Basic understanding of take-off, cost estimation, and procurement process.
• Exposure to housing or building projects is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Assist in issuing Purchase Orders (PO) and subcontract agreements.
• Maintain supplier database and update material price records.
• Assist in monitoring project expenditures and budgets.
• Prepare and update project cost summaries and procurement logs.

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying
