Job summary

A construction service provider in Malaysia is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to assist in cost estimation, bill of quantities, and progress monitoring for fit out projects. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying and 1–2 years of experience in a commercial environment. Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office is required. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential, while Mandarin is a plus. MUST have experience in fit out work at commercial environment, e.g. retail or office.

Assist in carry out site progress, measurement, valuation and follow up on site progress claim.

Support senior QS in all the project activities.

Job Requirements:-

Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction management field.

At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in fit out work at commercial environment, e.g. retail or office.

Proficiency in the use of relevant quantity surveying software and MS Office applications.

Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak in Mandarin would be added advantage but not a must.
