Overview

We are looking for a Junior QA/ Application Support Engineer responsible to set up new datasets, databases and configuration works for projects. Provide professional technical support, troubleshooting, application testing, and training for RetailAIM and related systems. Coordinate with the development team to resolve software limitations, bugs, and enhancement requests.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide professional software training, technical support, and troubleshooting for users.
  • Assist in new tenant onboarding, including system setup and data configuration activities.
  • Create, configure, and test application data to support implementation and validation activities.
  • Perform functional testing to identify application errors, bugs, and usability issues prior to and after application release.
  • Report creation, validation, and update.
  • Identify application errors / bugs and guide users through issue diagnosis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
  • Respond to user inquiries and reported issues via support channels including social media support groups, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support UAT activities and post-deployment validation to ensure system quality and readiness.
  • Problem-solving skills around technical challenges.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative and team oriented.
What we looking for
  • Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or a related subject and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years technical support working experience.
  • Experience in SQL, Windows software, mobile apps setup and configuration.
  • Desire and willingness to work on new skills and technologies.
  • Self-motivated; able to work within an Agile, team environment.
