Job summary

A leading heavy-lifting service provider in Malaysia is seeking Engineers (Mechanical / Civil) for immediate hiring. This role encourages fresh graduates to apply, providing mentorship and exposure to major infrastructure and oil & gas projects. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields and possess strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Familiarity with AutoCAD is a bonus. onsite work and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Interest in cranes, logistics, lifting operations and project execution.
• Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations when required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning lifting operations, equipment selection and load studies.
• Prepare basic lifting plans, method statements and risk assessments.
• Coordinate crane and trailer mobilization with logistics and site teams.
• Conduct site visits, technical inspections and site assessments.
• Communicate with clients, supervisors and internal departments.
• Support workshop and maintenance teams with engineering input.
• Prepare documentation including equipment logs, schedules and technical reports.
• Learn crane load charts, rigging calculations and transport route planning.
