Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions for various projects.
  • Translate the concept design into detailed interior design plans.
  • Oversee project execution from inception to completion.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to approved plans.
  • Mitigate potential delays and troubleshoot during the project lifecycle.
  • Support maintenance and repair work for assigned areas.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure effective cost control.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Coordinate with related departments, contractors, and vendors.

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Interior Design or a related field

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong Time-management Skills to deal with deadlines
Responsibility
  • Conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions for remodel / ground up / conversion that meet brand DNAs, business objectives and project requirements
  • Translate the concept design into detailed interior design plan, namely schematic design, construction documents and detailed drawing with specifications
  • Oversee project execution from inception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence
  • Conduct site inspection to ensure design is compiled according to approved plan and high quality standards
  • Able to mitigate potential delays and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
  • Support maintenance and repair work for assigned areas
  • Manage project budgets and ensure effective cost control throughout the project
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate or better pricing without compromising project quality
  • Coordinate with related departments, contractors, vendors, consultants, mall management and landlord on assigned projects, keep things moving forward efficiently and productively
