Junior Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator
We're a growing beverage brand looking for an all-rounded, hands-on Creative & Marketing Coordinator to help us execute, organise, and scale our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design (Basic to Intermediate) – Use Adobe Illustrator / Canva to create Instagram & TikTok posts, menu updates, campaign visuals, and adapt creatives to multiple formats/platforms.
- Project & Workflow Coordination – Coordinate across external stakeholders, manage timelines and content calendars, prepare creative briefs, and ensure deliverables are received on time and meet brand standards.
- Social Media Management – Schedule and post content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, XiaoHongShu), monitor messages, DMs, and comments, respond to customer queries, and manage basic online customer service.
- Content Planning & Brand Consistency – Develop content plans that align with campaign themes and promotions, and review all visuals for consistency with brand style, tone, and positioning.
- UGC & Creator Management – Source UGC creators (especially on XiaoHongShu and TikTok), track deliverables, timelines, and engagements, and propose ideas to generate more authentic customer content.
Ideal Candidate
- Highly organised and communicative.
- Resourceful and able to troubleshoot independently.
- Good aesthetic judgment and creative direction.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, F&B or lifestyle environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Photography or videography experience.
- Google Sheets/Docs organisation.
- Paid ad experience (Facebook Ads / TikTok Ads).
- Proficient in English & Mandarin is an added advantage.
