Responsibilities

• Prepare and handle import & export documentation.
• Liaise with forwarders, shipping agents, and customs officers.
• Track shipment status and update internal team & customers.
• Coordinate container booking and delivery schedules.
• Ensure all documents comply with customs and international requirements.
• Maintain accurate filing of all shipping records.
• Communicate with suppliers and customers.
• Monitor shipment costs and highlight discrepancies.
• Support logistics & operations team in daily tasks.
