To realize and achieve the company's objectives and KPI and to ensure the quality of work carried out by personnel within QA departments. To ensure the staffs are adequately educated and trained and qualified so as they can perform their daily task in a satisfactory manner.
Job Description
- To Conduct Customer Complaint & Internal rejection QRQC Meeting and countermeasure implementation.
- To ensure daily production part inspection and testing monitoring.
- Daily production Gemba at all the process.
- To Update NCP as superior advice.
- To issue daily scrap slip as superior advice.
- To attend and liaise with customer for quality related matters.
- Verify and Revise Control Plan as superior advice.
- Verify and Revise FMEA as superior advice.
- To study and update Customer Complaint PPM report.
- To prepare COPQ summary.
- To ensure monthly data submission to customer on time follow as per display data submission table.
- To ensure that customer requirement are met.
- Monitor product design and development.
- Evaluate QC supervisor and technical Assistant and prepare QC skill chart.
- To analyse Customer Complaint & Internal rejection.
- To prepair report for overall Supplier Non-conformance Summary (On-Hold Area)
- To prepare Customer Complaint summary.
- Participate in internal audits and support external audits as required
- Conduct in-process and final inspections of products according to QC standards and sampling plans.
- Attend Customer complaint in critical situation.
- Familiarity with laboratory testing methods, statistical quality control and inspection.
Any other tasks requested, directed and ordered by the GM based on the organization's and company's requirement.

Working Conditions
- Office and workshop environment with occasional shop floor presence.
- May require overtime or weekend work to meet project deadlines.
- Occasional travel for supplier visits, customer meetings, or training.
