Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and approach potential locations.
• Assist in negotiating lease terms under guidance.
• Prepare and review tenancy agreements and other documents.
• Ensure compliance with leasing policies and guidelines.
• Coordinate with legal/admin teams to finalize agreements.
• Conduct market surveys on rental rates and tenant mix.
• Prepare regular leasing activity reports for management.
• Work closely with Marketing team on promotions.

• Collab to ensure compliance with company leasing policies and mall guidelines
• Coordinate with legal/admin teams to finalize agreements
• Assist in conducting market surveys on rental rates, competitor and tenant mix
• Prepare regular leasing activity reports for management
• Work closely with Marketing team on promotions/events that support sales
