Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Seri Kembangan, with flexibility for occasional work-from-home.

• Troubleshoot and fix bugs
• Help onboard customers & set up accounts
• Assist with custom templates and AI prompt updates
• Contribute to feature improvements and enhancements

• Comfortable speaking with customers

• Eagerness to learn and take on real responsibilities
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken & written) is required as the role involves working closely with Chinese-speaking clients and team members.
