Job summary

A leading bioenergy firm in Johor seeks a Junior Executive specializing in Chemistry. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in analytical testing and product quality control. Responsibilities include carrying out routine analyses of effluents, preparing performance reports for compliance, and collaborating with engineering teams for water quality improvements. A hands-on experience with QMS and FSMS documentation is preferred. This role presents an opportunity for a results-oriented individual to contribute to environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working experience in analytical & diagnosis testing.
• Competency in QMS and FSMS documentation requirements is an advantage.
• Experience in oleochemicals and petrochemicals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine analysis for raw effluents from production plants.
• Record analysis data and present findings to management.
• Conduct research and development for IETS operation.
• Work with engineering teams to improve water discharge quality.
• Prepare performance monitoring reports as required.
• Understand analysis procedures and equipment for wastewater treatment.
