Junior Business Development Manager, PEN
Responsibilities
  • Prepare GP and volume projections, along with short- and long-term action plans, to achieve sales targets.
  • Execute the sales process, including pipeline management and sales cycle reporting in the CRM system (MS Dynamics).
  • Maintain accurate client and target information in the CRM system, ensuring effective customer relationship management.
  • Collaborate with internal sales resources and subject matter experts (e.g., Vertical Managers, Trade Lane Managers, product teams) to maximize closing ratios.
  • Meet or exceed monthly productivity targets.
  • Ensure smooth client onboarding and integration by working closely with operations teams during implementation.
  • Support Finance in achieving desired DSO targets for the assigned customer portfolio.
  • Continuously maintain and enhance knowledge of company products by attending and completing all required training.
