Job Overview

Grape Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Accountant (Executive Level) to manage the company’s full spectrum of accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have up to 6 years of working experience, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience with AutoCount or similar accounting systems is preferred. Hybrid working mode is available, but candidates must be willing to work in the Cyberjaya office when required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
   • Manage a full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation).
   • Ensure accurate and timely month‑end and year‑end closing.
   • Prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
2. Financial Reporting
   • Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
   • Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
   • Provide financial insights and recommendations.
3. Accounts Payable (AP)
   • Verify supplier invoices and supporting documents.
   • Process payments promptly.
   • Maintain and reconcile supplier statements.
4. Accounts Receivable (AR)
   • Prepare invoices and track collections.
   • Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
   • Reconcile customer accounts.
5. Bank & Cash Management
   • Perform daily bank reconciliation.
   • Monitor petty cash and cash flow.
   • Prepare cash movement and cash flow reports.
6. Taxation & Compliance
   • Handle SST submission, payment, and compliance.
   • Prepare basic tax planning, tax computations, and CP204 filings.
   • Calculate capital allowances and prepare audit working papers.
   • Perform audit analysis and assist with statutory audits.
   • Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards and statutory requirements.
7. System & Process
   • Maintain and manage AutoCount (or other accounting systems).
   • Ensure proper filing, documentation, and backup of accounting records.
   • Implement and strengthen internal controls and accounting procedures.

Additional Advantages
