Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce solutions according to business requirements/specifications, quality standards and best practices (configuration vs. coding) to meet project and client objectives.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing Salesforce applications.
• Document solutions and design specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment.
• Stay up to date on Salesforce releases, features and best practices.
