A healthcare and insurance company based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Japanese-speaking Sales Admin Executive Cum Insurance Service Staff. This role involves effectively communicating with Japanese clients, providing sales support and administrative assistance in medical services and insurance. Candidates must be fluent in Japanese (preferably with JLPT N2) and good in English and Bahasa. The position comes with benefits such as parking and medical insurance, and requires good interpersonal skills.
Effectively communicate with Japanese-speaking clients to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide necessary information.
Provide sales support in medical services, insurance, and health screening, including handling quotations, invoicing, payments, and related matters.
Assist the sales, management, finance, and operations teams with general administrative support and tasks as assign
Handling documents and data input computer system in Japanese & English.
Answer phone calls, manage email correspondence, and report on sales-related tasks
Manage insurance-related tasks, including quotations, policies, invoicing, payments, etc.
Serve as a bridge between Japanese-speaking clients and the sales team, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
Requirements:
Japanese language skill is a Must. Prefer JLPT N2 & above.
Fluent in Japanese and Good in English, Bahasa.
Prefer with working experience in any industry.
Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma or Degree in any field.
Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Official Working Hours: 5 days a week (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Off day Saturday & Sunday, twice per week.
