A local technology firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a professional to provide comprehensive hardware and software support. The role involves managing inventory, performing installations on various devices, troubleshooting post-deployment issues, and ensuring seamless operations for new hires. Experience in dealing with both Windows and MacOS environments is required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and ensure adherence to best practices throughout the support process.
This role will be to provide overall hardware/software support to employees and incoming new hires. The position will assist in providing weekly reports, inventory management, and other administrative tasks as needed.
