Job summary

A global digital transformation solutions company in Malaysia is seeking an IT Recruiter to support the recruitment process for IT roles across various industries. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, particularly in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sectors. Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Chinese is required, alongside good organizational skills and familiarity with MS Office. This position offers an opportunity to make a strong impact within a growing team.

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience in IT recruitment specialized in BFSI domain hiring.
  • Good communication skills in multiple languages due to business requirements.
  • Strong organizational ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

Job Responsibilities

As an IT Recruiter, you will:

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process for IT technical roles serving various industries.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus drives, etc.).
  • Screen resumes and conducts initial candidate assessments to ensure a good match with role requirements.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracking reports using internal tools and ATS.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver suitable profiles.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in IT recruitment specialized in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) domain hiring experience.
