Job description

As a IT Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for efficiently screening resumes and job applications to identify candidates who closely match the requirements for IT positions. This role involves various tasks related to resume screening, candidate communication, and database management. You will work onsite and collaborate with other team members to ensure an effective recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Resume Screening : Review and evaluate resumes or job applications to assess qualifications, skills, experience, and other criteria outlined in the job description.
  • Skill Assessment : Analyze candidates skills based on their resumes and any initial assessments or tests provided. Look for specific keywords, certifications, and relevant experience.
  • Initial Contact : Reach out to potential candidates for preliminary discussions, confirm their interest in the position, ask basic screening questions, and schedule further interviews if needed.
  • Candidate Communication : Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, keeping them informed about their application status and providing feedback as necessary.
  • Database Management : Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other software to track candidates and their application statuses. Ensure databases are accurately updated and maintained.
  • Collaboration : Work with senior recruiters and hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate requirements and feedback.
  • Continuous Improvement : Seek feedback and opportunities to enhance screening processes. Refine candidate selection criteria, learn new resume evaluation techniques, and stay updated on industry trends.
