Job description

We are looking for an experienced IT Presales (Networking & Security) professional to join our team. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for providing technical presales expertise and support to our sales team, ensuring our customers receive the best possible solutions to meet their business needs.

What you'll be doing
  • Engage with customers to understand their business requirements and challenges, and propose tailored IT solutions
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop winning proposals and deliver compelling product demonstrations
  • Provide pre-sales technical support, including conducting assessments, preparing architecture designs, and generating Bill of Materials
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
  • Work closely with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback and insights to enhance our offerings
  • Assist with post-sales support as needed, ensuring a seamless transition and customer satisfaction
What were looking for
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar IT Presales or Technical Sales role, preferably in the networking and security domain
  • Strong technical expertise in areas such as network design, security solutions, and enterprise IT infrastructure
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to understand customer requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver compelling proposals
  • Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure, networking protocols, and security technologies
  • Familiarity with industry certifications and standards (e.g., CCNA, CISSP) is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with a customer-centric mindset
