Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking IT operation & maintenance staff for a Kuala Lumpur-based position. The role includes promoting business efficiency through Office 365 tools, providing application support using SQL, and handling IT hardware setups. Candidates should have over 2 years of experience in IT or BPO, with a strong foundation in IT basics and application development. Japanese language skills are a plus. The position may require travel within Malaysia and to ASEAN countries.

Qualifications

  • Driver's license is preferred.

Job description
IT operation & maintenance staff / junior or intermediate level

1. Business Process Improvement Promote business efficiency through the use of Office365 products (PowerAutomate, SharePoint, PowerBI) and RPA tools.

Drive workflow automation and digital transformation within the company.

Utilize AI and BI tools to improve operational performance.

2. Application Maintenance Perform investigation and maintenance support using SQL databases.

Develop and maintain simple tools to support daily operations.

Provide troubleshooting and enhancement for existing applications.

3. IT Support Desk Operation Install and configure IT hardware, software, and network systems.

Provide technical support and handle all IT-related matters across ASEAN offices.

Respond to user requests, resolve issues, and manage cybersecurity measures.

4. New Store Support Operation Support IT setup for new stores including PC, printer, and network installation.

Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth implementation at new locations.

Must to have

  • Experience in work , more than 2 years in IT industry or BPO industry for IT
  • Knowledge: IT BASIC SKILL ( PC / Printer / Network )
  • Knowledge: Experience in application development and system maintenance with SQL
  • Graduated from IT-related department
  • Travel: Malaysia and other foreign countries ( mainly ASEAN)

Advantage to have

  • Experienced in promoting Business Process Automation with Office 365 tools and Power BI to improve business efficiency.
  • Experience in improving business processes using AI technologies.
  • Experience in business process transformation using RPA tools.
  • Experience in Programing for VBA/JAVA/HTML and SQL
  • Great muiltitasking skills smoothly & calmly in any difficult situation
  • Good at logical thinking
  • Driver's license

Able to read & write in Japanese as a beginner or intermediate level
