Job description
Responsibilities
  • Ability to handle the IT Department independently
  • Establish, review and implement IT SOPs, policies and procedures
  • Lead, coordinate and manage new system implementations, upgrades and digital enhancements to improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure timely delivery of IT projects, milestones and planned deliverables
  • Identify, assess and mitigate project and operational IT risks; resolve issues promptly
  • Provide hands‑on support for POS systems and ensure smooth daily POS operations
  • Support and manage day‑to‑day IT operations across all departments of the Club
  • Plan, prepare and manage the IT budget; monitor project costs and vendor invoices
  • Maintain, troubleshoot and continuously improve IT systems, applications and infrastructure
  • Ensure IT infrastructure, servers, networks, Wi‑Fi and security systems are stable, secure and well‑maintained at all times
  • Coordinate and liaise with vendors, suppliers and purchasers for IT software, hardware, licenses and maintenance contracts
  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements, regulatory standards, data protection and cybersecurity best practices
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery, backup and business continuity plans
  • Oversee IT security, access controls and user management to safeguard Club data and systems
  • Prepare monthly IT reports covering system performance, incidents, improvements and departmental activities
  • Provide IT guidance, training and support to users where necessary
  • Any other IT duties or projects as assigned by Management
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
  • Minimum 7–10 years relevant working experience covering the full spectrum of IT operations and systems support
  • Prior experience in hospitality, clubs, hotels or service‑based environments will be an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems, network infrastructure, servers, cybersecurity and IT project management
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, analytical and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with management, vendors and cross‑functional teams
  • Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality and service mindset
  • Willingness to work extended or flexible hours when required and able to perform under pressure
