Job description

Troubleshooting, installing and maintenance of computers, Local Area Network, servers and provides support and maintenance of network equipment to ensure system efficiency.

Setting up of personal computer and installing software for employees’ work usage.

Provides user support of Enterprise Resource Planning system to assist users with the system.

Prepares user guide in IT related issues for easy reference to users.

Assets monitoring to ensure compliance to the company’s asset policies.

Monitor and verify daily backup of IT related data to prevent loss of data.

Prepare IT audits on branch visits to ensure compliance of policy and processes across all branches.

Monitors network performance, security vulnerabilities and ensuring antivirus integrity is clear within the network, reports all identified instances of failure and rectify the problem to ensure the compliance of policies and processes and that network security is not being compromised.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or IT, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Well-versed in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Positive attitude, quick learner and good interpersonal skills.
