IT & Customer Relations Executive (Solar Industry)

We are looking for a passionate IT & Customer Relations to be part of our growing team. This role is responsible for the development of our software, database management, and IT network infrastructure. The ideal candidate must be accountable, proactive, and able to work independently to optimize our internal IT ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

IT

  • Develop and customize ERP modules to improve business workflow.
  • Continuously optimize system efficiency and security.
  • Maintain and manage the company’s database systems to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Oversee company IT networks, hardware, and cybersecurity policies.
  • Provide technical support for users and IT-related issues within the company.
  • Undertake additional IT-related projects as required.

Customer Relations

  • Closed deal customer support: Communicate with customers by providing regular Project delivery updates and reviewing customers documents for their Solar System application.
  • Post-Sales Customer Support: Provide timely and empathetic support for customer complaints, working closely with the team to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks when required.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of IT networking, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions
  • Experience in API integration.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and willing to learn.
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred, as the role requires liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients/vendors.
