A legal firm is seeking an IT Consultant & Creative Designer to enhance its digital presence. The IT Consultant & Creative Designer will support the firm’s digital initiatives by managing social media content, designing professional visuals, editing informational videos, and developing and maintaining the firm’s WordPress website. The ideal candidate is both creative and technically skilled, with an eye for clean, corporate‑style design consistent with legal industry standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in website maintenance and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, or similar).
Strong proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) or Figma.
Experience with either one of the email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Solid understanding of HTML/CSS basics for minor website or email adjustments.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and digital design best practices.
Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Excellent attention to detail, project management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Ability to think creatively while balancing business objectives and brand requirements.
Proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin language is an added advantage.
