Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and maintaining IT systems, networks, servers, and cloud platforms.
- Support the implementation of IT strategies and technology improvements aligned with business objectives.
- Help manage IT vendors, software licenses, and procurement within budgetary guidelines.
- Provide advanced-level technical support and escalation point for IT issues.
System & AI Project Support
- Support and administer core business systems (accounting, project management, CRM, etc.).
- Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for automation and AI tools to reduce manual effort and improve reporting.
- Assist in system integrations, upgrades, and new implementations to ensure minimal business disruption.
Infrastructure, Security & Compliance
- Execute data backup, disaster recovery procedures, and ensure system availability.
- Help implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect company data and assets.
- Support compliance with PDPA, data privacy regulations, and internal IT policies.
Data & Reporting Assistance
- Support the development and maintenance of management dashboards and reports.
- Help improve data accuracy and accessibility to enable effective analytics.
- Assist in monitoring the performance and benefits of digital initiatives.
Event & Operational Support
- Lead IT setup and support for corporate events, meetings, and site offices, including audio-visual and network requirements.
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff and coordinate with external vendors.
- Work closely with department heads to understand needs and help deliver effective IT solutions.
- Act as a reliable technology liaison between the IT department and business users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity. Experience in retail operation related industries is advantageous.
- Solid hands-on knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity principles.
- Interest or exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation projects is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
- Strong technical proficiency with a service-oriented approach.
- Ability to execute plans and manage operational tasks effectively.
- Developing business acumen and a solution-focused mindset.
- Basic understanding of data analytics and emerging technologies.
