Qualifications

• Experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers and switches.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and resolve network-specific incidents.
• Work closely with the Technical Support Team to resolve issues.
• Monitor network and identify potential incident impacts.
