IP Expert/ Senior Specialist
Your Responsibilities
  • Management of Intellectual Property (IP) related topics with a focus on invention harvesting and patent prosecution as well as exploitation/enforcement
  • Review of IP and R&D related contracts
  • Management of AT&S Trademarks
  • Serve as a contact person for IP, providing support and knowledge transfer to departments
  • Implementation and further development of IP related processes and procedures according to the IP-strategy
  • Representation of AT&S vis-à-vis internal and external parties in all IP related aspects (inventors, customers, suppliers, partners, Business Units, funding agencies, patent attorneys etc.)
  • IP-Analyses and SoA searches
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Engineering, Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in IP management, preferably in a multinational or technology-driven company.
  • Advanced knowledge in the field of IP (Licensed Patent Agent for MY or China)
  • Strong knowledge of patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret laws.
  • Experience in handling IP filings, oppositions, and enforcement actions.
  • Technical understanding (Technical background preferred, a basic Knowledge of Substrate and PCB manufacturing methods is advantageous)
  • Interest in Finance and Legal matters
  • Knowledge in Project Management
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and training skills with the ability to work across departments.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
