What are you accountable for?

Drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for IoT solutions and strategic propositions, ensuring strong alignment with business objectives and market trends

Lead the end-to-end development of IoT solutions across multiple domains, including Industrial IoT (IIoT), Smart Cities, Connected Devices, and IoT Enablement Platforms

Identify market opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to shape product direction and innovation

Define, prioritize, and manage product requirements and backlogs based on customer needs, business priorities, and market demand

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, sales, marketing, and operations to deliver scalable and commercially viable IoT solutions

Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of integrated IoT offerings covering hardware, software, connectivity, and managed services

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, value propositions, and launch plans, to drive customer adoption and revenue growth

Build business cases, financial models, and revenue forecasts to support product investment and prioritization decisions

Own product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement

Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market developments to inform enhancements, innovation, and future roadmap planning

Achieve annual revenue and growth targets for assigned IoT solutions and strategic propositions

Drive continuous product improvement and innovation to maintain competitiveness and customer relevance

What do you need to have for this role?

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within IoT, telecommunications, software, or technology-driven environments

Proven track record of delivering successful products and driving measurable business growth

Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed organizations

Strong understanding of IoT technologies, including devices, platforms, connectivity, data, and services

Solid experience with Agile product development methodologies and frameworks

Proficiency in product management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or equivalent

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable outcomes

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills

Strong business and commercial acumen, including experience developing business cases and financial models

Preferred Certifications

Certified Product Manager (AIPMM) or equivalent

Project Management Professional (PMP – PMI)

Telecommunications or technical certifications such as 5G, Cisco, or related technologies
