Job summary

A leading interior design firm in Malaysia is looking for an experienced professional to coordinate full interiors project processes from initial brief to client handover. The ideal candidate will support interior design and fit-out works, liaising with various teams, and assisting project managers to deliver on time. Applicants should possess a degree in Interior Design or Architecture and at least three years of relevant experience, alongside strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out and FFE projects.
  • Event or exhibition project experience is an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Prepare and manage project documentation for smooth execution and site implementation

Work closely with creative teams on technical solutions and accurate documentation

Coordinate with Finance and Procurement teams for timely purchasing and payment processing

  • Flexible to work extended hours when required
  • Excellent communication skills minimum in English, multilingual skills added advantage.
