Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific requirements, preferences, and budget constraints for custom cabinets and interior design projects.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and technologies related to custom cabinets and interior design. Provide clients with comprehensive information about our products and services.
  • Design Collaboration: Work closely with clients to create customized cabinet designs and interior layouts that align with their vision, style, and functionality requirements.
  • Quotation and Proposal Generation: Prepare accurate and detailed project quotations and proposals based on the client's specifications, ensuring transparency in pricing and project scope.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to showcase our custom cabinet solutions and interior design concepts. Highlight the unique features and benefits that set our products and services apart.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, designer, director, factory manager, production members and office members.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with the designer and installation teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to project completion. Communicate effectively to ensure client expectations are met throughout the process.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and enhance our competitive edge.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of service quality.
Qualifications
  • Requirements:
  • Diploma in Interior Design or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • No experience needed but willing to learn and have own transportation!
  • Familiar with interior design software and tools & Microsoft Office software.
  • Possess good teamwork and self-motivation.
