Job Description

The Integrated Brand Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing cohesive brand strategies that seamlessly connect marketing, communications, KOL partnerships, and media activities. This role ensures that brand touchpoints across digital, social, retail, and PR are aligned to strengthen brand identity, drive engagement, and deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
    • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns across online and offline platforms.
    • Ensure campaign continuity and alignment with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, agencies, and media partners.
    • Manage cross-channel campaign timelines, deliverables, and performance to ensure consistent brand messaging.
    • Collaborate with media agencies to optimize campaign reach, engagement, and impact.
  2. KOL & Media Management
    • Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with suitable KOLs, influencers, creators, and talent that align with brand objectives.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners to enhance brand visibility and strengthen communication strategies.
    • Oversee content creation with KOLs and media partners to ensure brand representation, message clarity, and campaign relevance.
  3. Content Pillar Alignment
    • Deeply understand the brand’s content pillars and ensure alignment across all departments, including Marketing, Product, PR, Retail, and Digital.
    • Work closely with internal teams to maintain content consistency across social media, product launches, and brand campaigns.
    • Guide cross-functional stakeholders to ensure all communications reinforce the brand narrative and long-term positioning.
  4. Brand Identity & Positioning
    • Safeguard the brand’s tone, identity, and storytelling across all marketing materials and communications.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to refine brand strategy.
    • Support the development of brand guidelines and ensure compliance across all touchpoints.
  5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
    • Monitor campaign performance using data-driven insights and provide post-campaign reports, recommendations, and optimizations.
    • Track ROI on KOL partnerships, media spend, and content initiatives.
    • Present insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, digital marketing, or integrated communications.
  • Strong understanding of social media ecosystems, content creation, influencer marketing, and media planning.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate brand strategy into effective campaigns.
