  • Meet sales target for Bancassurance in Premier and Premier Elite customer segments.
  • Drive productivity, participation, revenue, and sales quality.
  • Support Relationship Managers and Branch Leaders to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with Relationship Managers during client engagements.
  • Plan and organise customer events at the branch or regional level.
  • Assist customers with after-sales needs including claims and policy changes.

Meeting of KPIs
  • Meet sales target for Bancassurance in Premier and Premier Elite customer segments.
  • Drive productivity, participation, revenue, and sales quality.
  • Support Relationship Managers and Branch Leaders to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with Relationship Managers during client engagements, conducting portfolio reviews, providing financial planning advice, and recommending solutions to customers in relation to their insurance portfolio and risk profile.
  • Identifying opportunities for coaching through joint appointments, keeping Relationship Managers updated on new products, market trends, and technical knowledge.
  • Plan and organise customer events at the branch or regional level, serve as speaker during events to represent the bank and engage customers.
  • Assist customers with after‑sales needs including claims, policy changes, and general support.
Requirements
  • Strong result‑driven mindset with interest in product sales and advisory.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in financial services, especially in bancassurance and life insurance sales, ideally within a banking environment.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Minimum SPM qualification with 5 credits.
  • Must hold PCE, CEILI, and TBE licenses.
