Responsibilities

• Review insurance coverage, terms & conditions with customers.
• Handle customer appeals and complaints.
• Perform administrative tasks like maintaining records.
• Update daily income sheet.
• Register and update daily receipts.
• Respond to telephone queries calmly and friendly.
• Liaise with insurance companies to provide best services.
• Handle customer documentation efficiently.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

• Handle customers appeals and complaints
• Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals
• Update daily income sheet
• Register and update all types of daily receipt used
• To efficiently respond to any telephone queries or walk-in client a calm and friendly manner
• To liaise between other parties (insurance companies) and the client to provide best services to cater client's need and wants
• To efficiently handle customer's documentation
• To efficiently handle all the job given by the management
