A leading industrial automation provider seeks a Sales Executive to drive lead generation through outbound calls and email campaigns in Subang Jaya, Malaysia. The role demands a diploma or higher in marketing, fluency in Thai and English, and at least one year of B2B telemarketing experience. You'll build strong customer relationships, exceed sales targets, and utilize CRM systems effectively. Job description

Generate new sales leads through outbound cold calls, email campaigns, and other lead generation methods.

Ensure timely response to all incoming communications including chat, calls, and emails.

Fully utilize and work within the company's system, processes and workflows (CRM, Hubspot, SAP, Sharepoint).

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers (C-Type, EX-Type). Revitalize sleeping customers.

Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics (calls, response time, opportunity funnel, conversions).

Manage a sales pipeline and keep accurate records of customer interactions in a CRM system.

Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services.

Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge.

Work collaboratively with other members of the sales team and cross‑functional teams to achieve sales objectives.

Experience & Qualification

Diploma or above with marketing or other related experience

Able to Commute to PJ area and handled for all telesales activities under TH region

Able to speak and write in Thai language is a must

At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, preferably in industrial products or automation industries, with experience in B TO B (B2B) business

Fluent English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
